I. Commitment Basis
Party B voluntarily joins the 3Eeye Platform (www.3eeye.com) and commits to complying with the following rules:
1. The Platform’s Seller Agreement, Prohibited Products List, and Cross-Border Data Compliance Commitment Letter.
2. Chinese laws, including the E-Commerce Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Personal Information Protection Law.
3. Target market laws and regulations (e.g., EU GDPR, U.S. Consumer Protection Act, Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
II. Core Commitments
1. Excellence
- Product Quality: Ensure goods comply with export market safety standards (e.g., EU CE, U.S. FDA) and provide valid inspection reports.
- Service Standards:
- Delivery within ≤48 hours (bonded warehouses) / ≤7 days (direct shipping), with real-time logistics updates.
- Multilingual customer service response time ≤24 hours (English/target market language).
2. Ethics
- Intellectual Property: Prohibit counterfeit or pirated goods; provide brand authorization or patent certificates (if applicable).
- Fair Competition: Ban fake reviews, false transactions, or defaming competitors; accept periodic transaction data audits.
- Labor Rights: Ensure no child/forced labor in supply chains; provide employee social insurance proof (Chinese sellers) or SA8000 certification (international sellers).
3. Environment
- Green Production:
- ≥70% biodegradable/recyclable packaging materials (submit procurement contracts).
- Annual carbon intensity reduction ≥5% (submit annual carbon footprint reports).
- Waste Management: Hazardous waste (e.g., batteries, chemicals) must be handled by certified third parties; retain disposal records for ≥3 years.
4. Eye-Transparency
- Full-Process Traceability: Disclose raw material sources, production batches, and quality inspection records.
- Data Compliance:
- Use buyer personal data only for order fulfillment; prohibit resale or independent website marketing.

III. Violation Handling & Liabilities
1. Minor Violations (e.g., delayed shipping):
- First offense: Warning + 10% security deposit deduction; second offense: 7-day account freeze.
2. Major Violations (e.g., counterfeit sales, data breaches):
- Immediate product removal, full security deposit forfeiture, and referral to authorities.
- Liquidated damages = 200% of violating order amount.
3. Dispute Resolution:
- Refund + return shipping/tariff costs within 48 hours (excluding rest days) upon valid buyer complaints.
IV. Effective Date & Amendments
1. Effective Upon Signing: Automatically生效 upon Party B’s stamped upload to the platform.
2. Dynamic Updates: Platform may revise terms per legal changes (e.g., EU New Battery Regulation); Party B must re-sign within 30 days.
3. Exit Mechanism: Post-termination, Party B must fulfill outstanding orders; failure permits platform to deduct performance costs from the deposit.
