I. Quality Commitment (Excellence)

 

1. Product Standards 

   - Compliance: Products must meet the safety certifications of the target market (e.g., EU CE, US FDA) and provide valid test reports. 

   - Return Rate: Must not exceed 1.5 times the category average (e.g., electronics 3%, apparel 8%). 

 

2. Service Requirements
